Mood?

Do you ever find yourself guys getting really irritable for almost no reason? Or suddenly feeling down without knowing why? Going from sadness to anger to joy in a matter of minutes can make many teens feel as though they're losing their grip. But, why is the feeling of being on an emotional roller coaster so common among teens?

Ohhh yes this is happen with me many times not understand why but no mood for do any work even not like to eating. Some time feel live alone in a room and nobody should disturb me but not know the reason behind this.

Yeah surekharathi.. you are right even now I have no mood to do everything, even though my works still not finished yet already, no mood to take lunch, everything just comes up such light to me since this morning. Gosh.
