What can you say? share your answer when your asked why do you want to work here? it is one of the tough questions of the employer. because you have to convince them about your willingness to work. and what can you share to the company.

It's always good to do a little research on the company you're applying for. This way, you are more prepared to answer questions such as this. By having a little background on what the company is and does, and what the job entails, you could now integrate in your answer how your skills and knowledge makes you the best person to be hired.

Thanks, yes, I think its always been done most likely for those job hunter's online. they will always make a research for the company that they are applying for.

I would find something positive (that is also true) about the company to flatter the company and say I want to be a part of that...ansd I would then list some ways in which I fit into the company's goals for achievement..
This is a standard question most interviewers ask and one always needs to be prepared it..
I remember my very first job interview and the comment was made..so you want to work for J & J..my reply was very enthusiactic as I said i certainly do and then briefly talked about the company and ......i got the job...
