first time to cook angel cake and lecheplan lol

yesterday my mom shows me her angel cake and also the lecheplan(caramel cake) i happen to be tease that she was such a greet cook since she had been in Texas and not able to work because of her health condition many times she just cook and bake. sometime she happen to earn if there where some friends and relatives order some cakes and other food that she cooks...so of course being so interested i came up to try cooking this angel cake and lecheplan(lol) the taste was good since i had followed all the procedures that she teaches me but funny thing the angel cake was turn into brown it was somewhat burned. (Lol) the lecheplan was great taste but the looks not a bit pleasing (lol) i just told myself hmmm don't be upset anyhow its just your 1st time ..more try then it will be perfect LOL
