Bonuses

hmm thats so exciting..wondering who give me some presents for me this coming christmas or might get a bunos where i am working as part time...well see what happen,but its fine to me even nobody's give me a presents or bunos as long are they are with me on christmas night so do my family...love xmas season!!!!

I remember a few years ago they had that it was double day or something, so what you made it doubled. I don;t think it's been a few years now. I have never really got a bonus at my jobs, my first job they did but always criticize you and your work. I remember once they said here your bonus but you did this or dont do this.

hubby has gotten outright cash for a bonus and he has also gotten gift cards for food at other times. not sure what he will get this year. as for me, i work for a not for profit organization but get the week off between Christmas and New Years and get paid for it. its really nice to have that time off to spend with my kids.

Oh yes it is that time of the year again and we have been anticipating it.. actually our company is quite generous when it comes to bonuses because it really is good in revenues.. our 13th month pay was already given a month ago and now we are waiting for more..

It would be wonderful if mylot was to give a Christmas bonus, and sometimes they do in a certain sense. I believe it was two years ago, but it might have been three when mylot did a double earnings day as a way of offering a Christmas bonus to the members of the community that were active on the site. It would be awesome if they would do that again here. When I worked at the hospital we were given a hefty Christmas bonus of a $25 gift card to Kroger each and every year. Honestly, I would have preferred a cash bonus, but I made good use of the gift cards when buying things on heavy discount right after Christmas.

In our agency we receive bonuses in checks. Hope mylot wlll be giving bonuses to its members this christmas.

I did get bonuses, usually a gift or extra money. However it has been a long time ago and I forget what I did get. Sort of do not remember those things because my pay was so small, I figured those bonuses were what waitresses regarded tips. Ido remember that one time I got some chocolates and since I am a chocohollic I liked that.

I do get a bonus in a form called chamber bucks...they are like gift certificates that you use of local businesses.....I think it's a good thing that all the businesses in town support each other like this....you can buy anything from groceries to gas.....to whatever you want.

You know, I seriously hope another older member shows up here, because I am pretty sure my first year here we did get a 5.00 Christmas bonus and it helped push me to my next payout. Then the following year my computer crashed, but I kept active and still don't think they gave them out that year.

When I was still working at my brother in law's pharmacy he would give me my Christmas bonus equivalent to a month's pay. Also, usually in December, he has lots of pups to take care of. So he needs me to work additional hours in the pharmacy so he can have time to tend to the pups and until all the pups have been sold. He gives me an additional 80% of my month's salary.

Hi I wish fast food place would give a bonuses most them do not pay holiday pay or time 1/2 when working holidays,at my lot we are not employess im not sure what the right word is to use since most of do other paid site to internet entepuner i like that word ,what do you think and yes i bonuses sound good to for everything ok have good day.

nowadays there is no bonus and full of work pressure alone and asking to work even in holidays

I have thought about that as well. maybe they can give us the money that people earn here and then quit. Like a loyalty thing. oh well, i guess we should be happy we have this place. Take care there. See you soon.

I didn't get a Christmas bonus from any job until 1998-and I only had been working there a couple of weeks! I think it was $25, which wasn't a lot, but considering it was only 2 weeks, but that was pretty sweet of them to include me! My next job, I think I got only ONE cash bonus-and a turkey that was from a client.

My last job had a Christmas party where prizes were given out, but not everybody got something. They gave away a Wii, a flat screen television, I Pod and a whole bunch of gift cards. My boss last year planned a day where he took all us managers out to dinner or lunch.

About all I got was a turkey. I was glad to get that. The only money I got at Christmas time was my Cgristmas Club savings. I used to have $75 a pay period taken out and I got it just before Christmas.

I receive Christmas bonuses when the companies I work for are doing well. There were times that I did not and it was because the company was liquidating. That's why it is very important for employees to work well to help the company profitable before they can expect any bonuses.

Hi Stout! I am also hoping that myLot would be giving out extra bonus for this year. Like double the earnings. That would be so much fun!

That would be exciting! I hope one of the mylot Admin can read this. This might make them give us one. In our company, since we are always on "cost-cutting" schemes, we still receive bonuses but in a form of gift pack. But we always get the government mandated 13th month pay.
