Facing problem while trying to connect to TATA DOCOMO 2G

Recently I have purchased an unlocked USB Data Card from www.ebay.in
Using this data card I am able to connect to Airtel's, Vodafone's and Idea's 2G network. But I am unable to connect to DOCOMO's 2G network. The make of USB dongle or Data Card is HUAWEI.
Can anyone suggest what should I do to resolve this problem. I reside in Chennai, India.

Once I have used this device. Properly set tha APN as TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET & You have to edit the dial up no. or port no. As *99# i guess I don't remember it. Best option is to contact customer care the no is 121 & 198 (free) you can also contact from mobile & ask them yo set the apn and all just discuss the problem you are facing

Thanks for your suggestions, I will change the APN and also edit the dial up number as you have suggested. Well calling DOCOMO Customer care is almost out of question. As they will simply tell that there is some problem with the dongle and that to resolve it I should buy a DOCOMO dongle.

Thanks it did work. And I am able to use the dongle properly.
The funniest part is though Chennai is a Metro, Tata Docomo doesn't has 3G facility here. 
It only has 2G, i.e. why I am planning Intra Circle Mobile Number Portability and change from TATA DOCOMO to AIRCEL.
