Cause of getting closure

I don't know why some times unknown persons do felt like very close ones as if we have met earlier and have some shorts of bonded relationship before. It is a miracle that some times even a socially close person is felt like a unknown person. Do there any reason behind it or it is some type of fictions in life. Please share your opinion.

Some people need closure, it helps them to move on. If a couple gets in an argument, and both parties know the reason for the argument, they both can move on. If a partner decides to move on without the other person, then that person owes it to the person they are leaving as to "why?" they are moving on. Those that have no reason, or simply want to move on "just because" are emotionally immature and can't handle an adult relationship. They are just in the relationship to get what they can out of it. Those that want closure, just want to move on and avoid making the same mistakes.
