Vegetables are generally healthy regardless of what they are. For as long as you do not overcook them, then you will certainly have the benefits for your body. You may just adda little meat to improve the flavor.

hi,
when i was a kid i really don't eat carrot actually i set aside carrot in my plate when i got from the food,but when i found that carrot are really good to our health.i gradually eat this and most often i eat a half cooked carrot.and the most vegetables i eat are those green leafy and okra.
