Has anyone ever written a children's book?

I've never written a book of any kind. A teacher my girls had is a published author even gives the kids an autographed copy of her book at Christmas.

A lot of children's stories such as Winnie the Pooh and Christopher Robin stories got started by someone just writing stories for their children. I would share your stories with your children, friends and family and see what they think. What appeals to your own children may indeed appeal to other children. All the best to you.
