What's the best way to lose weight?

In your experience, what is the best way to 'fight the flab' so to speak?
I have never been what you would call in shape and while I have a partner that loves me for ME, it still causes problems for me mentally. I just don't know the best way to go about it.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your situation and that u want to shed your weight to get a perfect shape. I think one should always follow natural ways of weight reduction and should never take the help of artificial ways like medicines, surgeries etc. U can get a treadmill at home or hit a gym or go for a brisk walk in the morning and in the evening or possibly stay on a balanced diet. These will work wonders for you definitely.

Well I'm not confident enough to go to a gym but hopefully I will be eventually! I would never have surgery. Thanks for your suggestions! I have a treadmill so I think i'll dust it off and put it to good use!
