Why Did You Leave Me Alone

I already prepared all the required documents regarding our upcoming training for the village officials of this municipality coming November 23 and 24. The training design, invitation, request for venue, and catering services. Everything was ready including the other minor things.
So I am expecting that my supervisor will be there to assist me during the event. But yesterday, he told me that he cannot do it to the training because he has to attend training as required by the Regional Office. What does it mean? I have to conduct the training alone!
Hopefully, I could perform the task well so that the village officials will not be disappointed with me.
Have a nice day everyone!

Hi adnileb!
Oh, yes! The training was a successful one! I was really nervous yesterday because I am worried how the people would act. Of course I am very new to this place but when the participants started to come, my nervousness was gone and I become at ease already. I am also happy because all the villages are well represented.
The second day, which is today, my supervisor came already and he too was happy with the result.
Thank you for sharing!

Aries, it is a pity that you have to handle the training all by yourself. Hope you don't feel panic, handle it with the best performance as you can. Maybe it is to test your gut. Who knows after you had conduct that training successfully, you can easily get promoted and earning much better. Try your best and good luck to you..

You might need to talk to you supervisor, if he can spare some time to come with you to the training camp, since you, by yourself might not up for the task. If not, do the best you can, follow the guideline, and hopefully you can perform the training as expected. Don't be worry, maybe you are up for the task.

Hello, ARIES! I hope you did well during the training even if you were all alone. You should be given credit big time for all the things you've done just to make the training possible.

We all have faith for you, and stress / worrying is your worst enemy. I think you can do this, and this could be a test for your boss to see if he wants to give you a raise, or promotion. I wish you luck, and canèt wait to hear how it goes for you.

Oh, well, Thank you for that! Perhaps, he really thinks that way. Because if not, maybe he will be worrying about what will happen but as I've observed on the first day, he seems so relax, he just asked if through text message how was it going. And when I said everything is okay. He just replied, yeah I know it will.
At least now, it's done and I'm happy with the result. Thank you for sharing surekharathi! Have a nice day!

I believe that you have the ability to do the training the best you can. Your supervisor trust you that he can afford to do other things. It is a challenge for anyone in your situation. It is not about him now, but it's about you. You are qualified and have the finest ability to make it. I am just curious if you don't mind, what kind of training are you going to conduct?

Hi vid!
Thanks God! The first half day went out well. I invited another speaker to help me with the topic and I'm so happy for the successful presentation. I got a lot of participants, 94% of the expected participants came and I am so happy about it.
I can breath well now. This afternoon I will just be conducting the writeshop.

I think you will learn more and get more experience, if you do it alone. In case your supervisor helps you, he will get the credits and you may lose an opportunity to learn more. Hope it is happened just for your favour only and work with interest. I believe you can easily make it if you put your interest completely on the work. Thank you.

Hi!
I am glad because everything went out well. One of my worries is what if I cannot explain the topics well? But so far, I'm glad because the participants were satisfied with the results of the training.
The people from this place are very cooperative and I didn't find it hard to teach them.

Hope you are well prepared for tomorrow's training.
So what kind of training do you actually give the village officials?
Is it something technical or anything else?

Hi Saishaana!
I am teaching the village officials on how to accomplish some forms about performance evaluation as they need it to accomplish a report which is one of the criteria in some contest.
I hope everything will turns out well until tomorrow. As for today's activity, I am so happy with the result.

It's your chance to shine. If you'll look at it on a positive note, it is your chance to prove to yourself that you can handle this kind of event successfully.
Just do your best! Pray for God's help! :-)
Be thankful that you have a challenging task, some people have nothing else to do.
