Michael Clarke continued his dominance of the South African bowling by smashing an unbeaten 224 on the opening day of the second test. Apart from Clarke, Hussey and Warner also smashed centuries to take Australia to a massive 482/5 at the end of the opening day. Scoring at an amazing run rate of 5.55, Aussies have established clear dominating position in this match.
What are you views on the Aussie performance so far?
Cheers!

I thought we will see green tops ,but the wickets in this series are flat.482 for 5 against high quality SA bowling is a great achievement even if wicket was flat.Lets see if we get result in this match, looks unlikely for now.

May be strategy of Aussies is same which Pakistan employed against India 5-6 years back, they provided flat wickets in first two matches and then gave a green top in last match.SA are famous for choking,so if its the strategy it may work. For now Aussies are on course for a big score like 600-700 runs, which practically kills any chances of SA winning this one.
