Like's for the sake of injured and people in problems

I have seen lots of such pictures on facebook, which people share for the sake of likes,pictures with injured people in serious situations,Are these pictures real? 1 like one dollar?Who's going to give those dollars?Is it really possible or its just a way of creating web traffic!I don't think its not a right way of traffic creation..
What do you guys think????

Hi! I've been wondering about those photos as well. It's because it's already bothersome at times. I really would like to help though so even if I'm not sure if it's true or not, I just share it.

I don't think all of those pictures are true. Though there are some really were. I definitely agree with you shalloo, it sometimes makes me irritating coz i think every minute that picture is seen on my wall.But i can't help it, i just ignore them.

Maybe at some time there was a picture which was really ment to help those people, but now most of them are just pictures shared by people who are trying to show that they are good and thoughtful about other people problems. If they would be really interested they could donate, sharing photos wouldn't help anyone.
