well,im a junior in the college,and now i have to go to work,i found a 4A advertising company and become an intern,but now i feel so boring coz everyday i do the same thing--help others to translate article~and in the company,everybody speak in english and sometimes i cannot understand quickly~im puzzle,grow up is hard and i don't know whether i should continue this work~help me if you have some good suggestion~

Like you, I used to be like that before. I was being cultured shock with those office works that I do not even know how to do and I was not interested at all to do it.But as an intern, I should do that for me to have a grade. There came to the point that I said to myself, if it will be the work that I will do when I will be hired in a certain company,maybe I will not stay long. Those superiors were elderly too so I did not enjoy my On the Job training before.But I've a learned a lot and now I'm using it. So take it as a challenge. Do not give up.

wow,i think it is a difficult choice for me and you are right it is a challenge for me.i really want to leave and hate stay too many time.everybody speak english and do some work which i don't know~and i don't know how to talk with others,how to do some task,wow!!!i think im crazy~oh my god~~but i think maybe you are right,in order to get more experience,i should go on and never give up~but,maybe i can do it one month and then make a dession if i continue this work~anyway,thanks~

It is just a start for the new chapter of your life. For starters there will always be first adjustment since you will now try another field in life.In working, if you feel boring and not lively at it then you might be at the wrong place,find a job that suits you better ,one that interest you and makes you feel happy.You cannot just live without working coz you'll really need it to live.

I am quite older then you. Believe me when I say you are young and you have plenty of time till you find the job what suits you the best!
Now is the time for you to try different things till you found what you are seeking! Never give up and good luck

thank you sooooo much and when i saw your suggestion i felt comfortable~yeah,im young and i need to try diffierent things until i find the job which suit me~many times i think about leave this company but i also think maybe i shouldn't give up so earlier.until now i also puzzle:maybe i should change another job? oh my god what should i do?

Keep your job while you are searching for a other job that's how I did it
