hate cooking

There are some people who don't really like to cook. My sister since she was young didn't like to cook. The work that I don't like to do is dishwashing.:-) Good day!

I used to hate cooking but then I learn little by little so I can cook my own food in case nobody cook for me, I couldn't predict what my future gonna be so I better prepare myself from now who knows maybe in the future I can't hire someone to cook for me. I start by learning how to cook easy food like fried rice, simple soup, stir fry vegetables and so on. Cooking is fun. If you are asking what house chore that I don't like, I'll tell you I dislike ironing the clothes that's why I bring my dirty clothes to the laundry service with just IDR 2000/kilo (almost equal to 20 cents dollar) I can get my clothes clean and neat. Other than that I have no problem doing house works.

When we were kids, we also had specific household chore to do. Although we had a housekeeper, my parents wanted us to learn to do chores ourselves. I was never tasked to cook. My older brother was good at it and so we just let him do it. Which means I get to wash the dishes after

I love to cook so much that It`s not easy for me to understand someone who hates it. But I have a friend who would do anything but cooking. For me, making beds is the worst followed by washing pots and pans.

I hate cooking when I was in college but if you try yourself to cook, you will starting to like it. I can cook only simple food but I want to cook a recipe which made by me and serve it to anyone for a taste then if it's delectable, a great feeling indeed. Just try, no harm in trying and you can ask for your sister to assist you if you want to attempt my advice. have a nice day ! :)

I work as well. but I love to cook as well. its a hard day here from 430am till 5pm. BUt I always good a big and good meal here. Take care.

Yes I am also started to hate cooking nowadays. Since my joblocation is far from my hometown I am living alone near to my workplace. After days long work when I come back from office, I feel so tired and don't want to cook food. Therefore on most days I will have food from outside.

Wow, you are just like my two sisters-in-law. According to my mum-in-law, her eldest daughter do not like to do housework, like to read books. So what she did is bribe the second sister to cook and wash clothes. The second sister agreed because she loves to cook - reason? When you cook you can taste the food (food tasting), and got to eat first! I can't cook, I will just go out and buy! The house chores that I do not like, maybe is wash the toilet!

I wonder why you hate to cook. You could go for a new recipe for example, always cooking the same is boring. But I assume you need to be creative if it comes to cooking as well. There are plenty of things I don't like, not because I can't do them but it's mostly because it's there again as soon as I am finished. Like cleaning the toilets and the shower (always mess other people make), the never ending washing of clothes. But seems everybody finds it normal you do this if you are a mother. Well it is not for me anymore. Everybody here has his/her own tasks and they have to do it. No matter if they like it or not. If you would pay one of your siblings I would still make you do it.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well glad to hear about the work division in your home and i am sure that would have made all your jobs easier. I can understand that u do not like cooking and it is absolutely OK as not every one likes to cook, may be u are best at something else and i think u should keep yourself reserved for that job. This will help in easy completion of household chores on time and without any complains. What say?

Oh, I love cooking. It's one thing I love doing aside from mylotting. With cooking I can put my self there, I mean I would cook something that makes me wants to eat as well. I just don't care when they don't like my food as long I was the one who made it... I will eat it. There is nothing I really hate doing. I only do laundry once a week (so there's nothing wrong with that). Probably what I don't appreciate much is washing the dishes every now and then. If I have to wash, I just like doing it once in a day not thrice in a day.
