Wow, I miss seeing the Christmas Decorations because here in Thailand they are not celebrating Christmas since that they are Buddhist and I'm working on the day of Christmas. I envy you. Merry Christmas in advance. :)

I understand you're in Thailand for a grand purpose. You really miss much of the pompous way of celebrating Christmas here in the Philippines. Indeed Metro Manila and all the big cities are adorned with bright and glittering Christmas lanterns, decors and buntings throughout the Christmas season, especially at night. You can still enjoy yourself the sight and pageantry of Christmas by linking yourself through computer with Manila, Cebu, Iloilo and other places of interest during Christmas in Mindanao. Merry Christmas to you nelerkz!

It same with me, we have set our Christmas tree but we not turning the light on co's we're afraid that our electricity bill would go up. So we just lit it up if we feel like we want it and we keep it up for two hours. It's hard when there are loads of people in your house but you shoulder all the expenses. I'm hoping for a financial breakthrough for the whole people here in our house so that they won't depend on us anymore :)

I want my Christmas tree to have more lights. We have three Christmas lights and I want to put it all on our tree. Actually we took our decorates from our Christmas tree again co'z two Christmas lights have exploded and so it is not set up again. I really hope that on the first week of December we'll be able to set it up again :)

that is too lovely, just make sure you put an expensive light in your christmas light so that it will not explode again..lots of news i heard that christmas light can cause burning the house because they forgot to turn it off during the night and its overheat, while people sleeep during the night they doesn't know what happening..so this is just a reminder to you freind.well, merry christmas to you and hope you guyz have a prosperous new year to come

That's really an awesome sight. There's a street near where I live in which all houses are adorned with Christmas lights and decor, and my son would always ask us to drive around there at nighttime. We also wondered how much it had cost those owners to decorate their houses and how long it took them to do so. Too bad we don't have snow here. That's the only thing missing to make it a perfect sight.

yeah exactly,if theres snow i mean if its winter time we can make any different kind of snow man and we don't need to spend much coz we can make a free decoration:)and i pretty sure its expensive decoration too so that it will last untill new year..

Wow...actually, here in my country, we do have a town where my office is situated that has a tradition every year of decorating the entire houses with Christmas lights and almost everybody participates....they call the place 'Christmas Village'...houses are even opening their doors to spectators in order to visit inside and watch the entire Christmas decorations...

wow, awesome.they might don't need to turn on their light coz they have already light from xmas light and more decoration..they should have a christmas light contest with that coz all houses have a light decoration, which is so much fun if they did.

I love going out and seeing the Christmas lights. My hubby and I are making a tradition every year to go out and see the Christmas lights. I have always wondered too how much the people's electricity bill would be for all those lights and do they even keep them on all night. And all those people who have so many lights around their house, how do they get to sleep at night. All those lights would keep me up. But they are really nice to see. Where my husband and I live at there is a place that is not too far from our house and we like going there, because people really decorate their house very nice and it is very creative in our opinion.

I like those different stars hanging out in cold nights and glowing. wow I just love it. Every body is eager to have some thing special and different glowing. But I honestly like a cute red star. with violet tips. they usually cost RS. 500. = $10
