hello..i a have nokia n8 since last 2 years and it has a great camera the os and nokia store is not that great like android but the cellphone itself is quite nice with good build quality, great sound quality and an excellent camera. As the cellphone launched 2 years back you can find a used one at a very cheap rate.I highly recommend it as far as camera is concerned.

i think is difficult to define precisely which phone has the best camera because excluding the resolution it depends all from optical support so those one own a better support probably will encode better media!!From this point of view i thnk the nokia experience on their top smartphone is also strong right now naturally even sony enables good camera powered from a good engine!!In my opinion i prefer nokia as regards camera and so quality videos or pictures but if you choose an high rated model from many brands the camera normally is improved!!

There is no "best" camera in this competitive electronic market.
Each day a phone brings a better, more powerful and advanced sensor.
Yes SE phones had the best camera's in past but unfortunately SE has left the market and its only SONY now.
You can go for Samsung's high end models only, HTC One X, N8 is amazing too, Nokia phone's have better output though their are limited high end models for the operating systems you may choose.

Hello, i would suggest if i were to choose, i'd rather go buy a cellphone with a camera that has more capabilities, it doesn't matter how high or how low the megapixel is. It's how it corresponds to environments most especially in lighting conditions. Choose a camera that has better quality most especially in low-light because that would definitely mean that the camera lens is made with high precision and quality.
