isn't it a crime if your state's government or military continuously read your mind reveal it others(masses) as well and use manipulative tactics to decieve you. What will you do when you come to know it's happening to you? Do you leave your country and take a refuge for good sake of yourself?

yes of course its a crime , every individual has the right to live his life. But how can they just do that ? where did it happen ?
