I'm also trying to learn Japanese language by online but I just know a little. Can someone suggest me a website learn Japanese language or give me some tips. Is it possible I can be successful without teachers teach me?

It depands, we use Roman alphabetic (A - Z) to write in English and many 'westernized' countries adopted Roman alphabet, so many of the people could easier to learn English language.

Yes me too, I really want to learn Japanese. I only had basic Japanese when I was in college and I really forgot it haha. I want to learn since it would be an advantage for me. I can add it as a special skill when applying to work. hehehe I would also like to be able to watch Japanese series without actually reading the subtitles haha! It's so hard to read subtitles and watch what's happening at the same time.:)

Absolutely! First, go to the library and take out some Japanese language learning sets/CDs. Youtube also has some nice "introductory lessons" that you can watch. If you live in a big city, you could even do an exchange with a Japanese student who has come to study English - you trade one hour of English for one hour of Japanese. You can also get popular DVDs in the library that have shows or movies that you have already seen dubbed into Japanese. That way you can get to hear the language and you already know the story so it heightens your awareness of the language.

there are some helpful japanese for dummies in libraries and also online. I really do suggest you go to japanese classes so that you can practice speaking it yourself with your classmates. its easy if you have someone to speak with.
I learn japanese trough watching lots of animes and j-drama but its hard for me to spreak the proper pronounciation and fluently. But i do undestand them. hehe
