Why freedom is very essential to human? How this can be legally exercised by a certain individual in the event of defending his/her rights? Why i come up to the point that i raised this kind of discussion because i certainly believe that this is very vital not only referred to one person but to all citizen as a whole. Many cases such as, mistaken identity; forced to owned a crime which never been committed; partiality of court decisions and forgone conclusion in the part of the defendant during litigation. These are the common cases which was rampantly occurs in our present justice system today. Now, my humble question is, how can we totally enjoy and protect our rights and freedom? Was this still be applicable nowadays? With your brilliant opinions, we can actually generates further basis and proper grounds on how to act on this when this will be happen to us in the near future.
