I have a weird dream

I think that dream is due to my worries and stress.
I dream that the clock says 2pm and my class starts at 2.30pm and I was getting ready.
Then I turned around and saw the clock's time had changed to 8pm. And when I walked outside it was pitch black(night time) . So I felt really anxious because I miss my lesson.
Then the alarm clock went off and I woke up. I realized that entire incident is a dream.
How many of you were affected by stress and worries that you start dreaming about it?

What you dreamed was an interesting dream. Sometimes our dreams really reflect our life. I have worked many years, I often dreamed that I go back to school again and are ready to take part in the entrence exam for college, but I failed at last, I dreamed this many times, each time the same. I know that I have that dream only because I didn't go to an ideal college when I was young, and that was often my reget.

I think we all go through the same kind of dream once in a while. In our sub-conscious mind we still have all these thoughts and worries that it manifests through our dreams.

This reminds me of my Mom. She is always changing the times on the clocks, I am not dreaming and it's really weird. She also likes to sit in the dark, just sit there. Sometimes I worry about here, maybe it's the stress. Not me though, I like to sit in the light and I dream about people and pets. I have a lot of stress, but I take one day at a time, and one day there won't be so much stress.

Weird dream or nightmare does not come from how stress and worry you are. everyone have ever undergone with weird dream or nice dream or bad dream as many people called nightmare. Thus, don't much worry about your dream last night..

Me, I often dream of floods and tsunami. Floods after the traumatic effect of typhoon Ondoy. I dream about tsunami because of Japan's earthquake. I am far from home and every time there is a typhoon I am worried big time. So I checked the meaning of it because I am scared so much, and found that, it is nothing in relation to floods and tsunami in reality but it's about my decision to make and so on...
