Being in a call center industry and having a very sickly body like I do, my health really worries me. My work is really toxic as a trainer and I rarely get some sleep because I have sleeping disorders as well. Not to mention, I have hypokalemia. I try my best to really be healthy. I try to eat healthy foods but then I would just end up eating more junk foods than ever. I try to sleep but I really couldn't. Everyday my headaches in a certain time of the day, usually in the afternoon. And it hurts terribly that I feel like vomiting when it happens.

Do you know what is causing the hypokalemia? Is it just because of your poor eating habits? If this is the cause then you need to buy a high quality potassium supplement and take it. Why are you not taking better care of yourself? Please don't think I am yelling at you. I just hate to see a young person ruining their health through bad habits. Start eating better and maybe take vitamins and supplements to help out. Headaches that make you vomit are usually migraines. But this also could be caused by the poor condition you've gotten into. If you take medications they could be causing you problems. Also some vitamins and supplements cannot be taken with certain medications. I seldom, if ever get sick. I don't believe in doctors and so far my health is good. I'm 65. I believe in natural remedies, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayuvedic medicine. I don't know what kind of sleep disorders you have but I had very bad insomnia for years. Now I don't have a problem. Eat lots of fruit and fresh vegetables and fish. Drink plenty of water and stay away from soda. Take care of yourself. You'll feel better. Go to a naturopathic doctor or an herbal specialist. And remember, cheap, low quality vitamins won't help. Not all good vitamins are expensive but you need to do research to find the best ones. Good luck.

The headaches could well be the way you are treating your body, you need to start looking after yourself more because your body is a machine and if you don't look after it,it will break so ask yourself do you want to live? If the answer is yes its time to make a change before its to late. I have had insomnia and other personal problems which I managed to get over by living naturally, the lack of fresh foods and vitamins will be having a very bad effect on your mood, mental state as well as physical as vitamins are what keep certain diseases away and help to keep your body strong. Exercise is what got me sleeping again,to feel good and balanced you need to live a balanced lifestyle,it can be achieved by anybody but you have to work hard towards it.

I know. I am in the same shoes as you. I try my best to stay healthy and thus every single day that goes by I feel that I am discovering more and more that I have got this sickness and that sickness. It is rather discouraging at times when you come to think of it. Last week, i discovered that I have got sinus problem and this week I am suffering from gas problem. I get headaches every single day as well and I am told that is due to my sinus problem. I get the urge of vomiting when I have loads of gas on my stomach and sometimes I want to vomit when I do excessive exercises at gym.

Sorry to hear that you're having that difficulty. Oh well.. I guess it's really hard to stay difficult these days especially on this time when there's pollution everywhere.

You can try to improve your health by eating multivitamin if you have a difficulty to eat healthy, but of course you also need to try eat healthy, try to include fruits and vegetables in your diet by making them into smoothie so you can eat the good amount of them easily. Have you try to visit doctor, just to know his advise to increase your health because I'm sure it's possible to make it better if you try.
