Ohhh my God if you sleeps 12 to 15 hours then when bathing, eating joining mylot and other work. Dear I think you forget only 24 hours God provides us. Try to less sleeps. If you are taking any medicine try to avoid this for some days.

Lucky you, I wish I had some more sleep as the 3-4 hours a night I have. First of all I like to know if you always had that. An other question: do you sleep at night or day? If you have plenty of sun at daytime you should live at daytime and go to bed when it's starting to get dark. Less dark as sunhours? Then you could go to bed earlier. Try to reduce your sleep with some ours. BTW a nightrest of 10 hours or a bit more is not abnormal. So 10-11 can be normal as long as you sleep at night. BTW sleeping (or not) is a habit as well. If your body is used to that it stays that way. The only way is to set your clock, to discipline yourself, to come out, get dressed, go outside (few walks a day to keep you fit), eat healthy food (vegetables and fruit, no sugar this makes sleepy).
Besides of this all it's also a fact that some people need way more sleep as others. Als it can be you have a disease or medication why you sleep more like others.
I would advice you to scedule your life more to start with. So stay up early (always same time), be active at day time, go to bed always at the same time and eat healthy. It can take weeks if not months till you have reset your body and the habit is out of it. If there is no result at all (you can feel tired because you change your lifestyle) I would ask a doctor to test your blood. If that is fine they might be able to check in the hospital if there is something wrong with your sleep ritme.

Wow, good for you, but it may not be very good for your body if that happens everyday. Maybe you should get an alarm.

If you sleep more it always make your body feel tired and your brain less active. To avoid you sleep more you should try to do some activity. I hope that help. :)

Some people tell me that if you get too much sleep you can wake up tired but I never get enough sleep. I am lucky to get 6 hours a night. I heard that you need to exercise more and that will help with being tired, Sometimes I take a nap in the late morning for about an hour and that seems to help. You might want to talk to a doctor.
