Wondering what would happen to my posts on social networks when i die

I wonder how important the information that facebook has on our postings, comments etc will be when one is dead? Although social networking and facebook is part of our shared experiences and what heritage we can bequeath to our children, but do a post like this one!

You will be remember like that not for all your friend from fb maybe but to you family, relative an very close friends??

You will not be living then so you won't be worrying about it. But after a certain amount of time these social sites noticing your not logging in anymore will end your account and everything will probably be deleted. I don't know for sure. Why are you thinking about dieing. Don't think about that - enjoy living.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i think when u will leave this world forever then all your posts and comments would be on FB forever unless any such step of profile removal thing is done. But i think if your posts and comments are removed then it would be better otherwise it would be hard for others to look at them and would be heavily reminded of u after that.

I also wonder about it several times whenever I think about it I become sad by thinking about my close ones who will visit my profile when they miss me :( I know they will read every status and each and every comment of mine & it'll make them cry too. Actually you gave me a lesson we should always remove the mess we create lol. If some of my crap on social networking is viewed by anyone when i pass away they may think bad about me lol sounds wiered.
