Oh that stinks...Fortunately my neighbor didn't have a password on her laptop she gave me. I know some computer geeks, (I say that in a nice way) can do it. Do you know anyone who is into computers that much or maybe if you have a local computer school near you, you can ask for their help.

Hello, it is hard if you not remember the admin password. i don't know your situation there but if you saying that someone gave you the laptop and now it is your own property. Well, what you can do is, just format the laptop and install new system windows. Set your new password and always remember it. Then you can start use it.
