Anyone who uses blackberry playbook?

i have some concern with my blackberry playbook. I bought it outside the country in Canada and I live here in the Philippines and whenever I use the map i can't retrieve my location. Sometimes it stops at canada but still it doesn't determine where exactly. Has anyone experience this?

Have you tried to contact technical support? My friend has playbook, he bought it from Canada as well and use it in Indonesia. Nothing wrong with it. I have playbook. I travel with it, out of the country and never have a problem.

I haven't contact technical support here in the Philippines. Oh okay. Looks like mine is broken.
