an exhausting day of week
it looks like it should be this way, I find the money I had to work hard without adequate rest, it is very tiring. but, on the other hand this is very grateful, because this could be a handful of my struggle to shape a more peaceful future.
however, sometimes I almost forget the rest time, exercise time, and time to relax. almost nothing, everything is covered by activities outside teaching. really tiring, what is a friend to overcome all this???? please input.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well yes u are absolutely right, we have to quell the challenges daily and work harder so that we can taste the sweetness of success. Nothing is achieved in today's world without a fight and we should be a fighter in our life. I know it must be very difficult for u to find time for rest and i think the moment u get free time u should take rest and do not put a lot of pressure on yourself.
