First of all I just want to say that everyone here had a great Thanksgiving1 I have not been here much because of the Holiday's and I have to say it stared as the main course, Turkey. Dressing, Green Bean Casarole, Mashed Potatoes, Dinner rolls, Beets and for dessert a big apple pie with ice cream! The turkey was so big and I still have a big container of it in the fridge! I think I am missing some food we had not sure but anyway I can't count how many Turkey sandwiches that I have had after the day ended! What about you? Did you have Turkey and more Turkey? Then the next day make a Turkey sandwitch?

No, we have tofurkey. I had maple glazed tofurkey, roast veggies, potato wedges, pumpkin cheesecake and some other stuff for Thanksgiving. We had plenty of food, and we had plenty of leftovers. We just finished up the rest of the tofurkey for dinner last evening. It was delicious.

I'm vegan also hope the tofurkey was seasoned enough. I did take part in pumpkin pie, sweet potatoe pie, greens, mac and cheese, cornbread, and other goodies. Mostly I enjoyed being with my family and the usual drama that come with. Cheers to family and good eating! Oh and I made the pumkin pie which came out delicious.

In my country, there is no Thanksgiving Day. And it has been a long while since I made a whole turkey. In fact, I doubt that I will ever do it again. I prefer other meats and I usually bake whatever I can get into my much smaller electric over placed in such way that I don`t have to bend down. Still, I ate a wonderful turkey the first days of January. One of my friends made a turkey for her and her only son for New Year. She brought me some of the leftovers, but I ate different turkey foods for over a week!

Well, I am Italian, and, as you know, in my country, there is no Thanksgiving Day. As usual, I find myself talking about eating while I answer your own discussion. It means that you are a foodie, this there is no doubt! From what I have read in your own thread, you ate so much, so it was an obvious thing that now you feel full. The turkey, it seems that your favorite food, so that thou hast eaten in a variety of ways. However, I do not eat a lot like you, you know I'm a few pounds overweight. Think you that yesterday evening, I even skipped dinner for my will!

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well glad to know that u are enjoying this day to the fullest and it is great to hear about so many festivities at your place. I think u are having food to the brink of your neck and i am sure u will leave no space in your stomach to engulf more food. U should also spare others to have their own share of food. he he he. Very honestly, i could not have turkey that day due to some personal reasons. What say?
