When I was in my first trimester of pregnancy and even before I wasn't, I love to savor my tastebuds with sweet watermelon juice and even the fresh cut/ chunks of it especially when it's cold or frozen, it soothes me from the hot weather, I felt rehydrated! Watermelon is always present in my grocery list.
Good to know, watermelon has its natural source of the most powerful antioxidants such as vitamins C and A as protection from diseases and yes reduces dehydration! Not only that, also has vitamin B6 AND B1. It also contains thiamin, potassium and magnesium that protects our body from many diseases.
Another fact, is that it can reduce the risk of heart attack or stoke, prostate cancer, colon cancer,asthma and reumathoid arthritis.
So, don't let go of these health benefits, enjoy eating watermelon!

Believe it or not, but watermelon is qualified as a BERRY, not a fruit. Their structure and everything else is a berry that grows on the ground, not a tree. So, it is a damn huge berry. Also, melons and pumpkins are qualified as berries.

Watermelon is my favorite food. When I get bored,I get some fresh and juicy watermelon in our refrigerator. Watermelon is full of nutrients that everyone needs. Jenniferdegamo is right! We felt rehydrated when we eat this. So everybody enjoy watermelon!

Oh, I love watermelon, too! I love that it's so refreshing because most of it is water, yet it has a taste, which is sweet, but not sickeningly sweet! The juice I don't really drink but I love eating it, and also, I've also eaten granita made of real watermelon, not some synthetic stuff, and it was the best thing ever!

Watermelon can make food by add add brown sugar and sprinkle crisppy fish then stored in refrigerator for a while it is my thai style food. It is yummy we eat this recipe in summer for cool.
