instead of hitting McDonald's and order for french fries, why not try making your own fries while at home? and it would be healthy since you'll be munching carrots.
peel and cut carrots to thin slices, toss it over olive oil and salt.
bake for 350 degrees in 13 minutes, let it cool and enjoy!!

What Carrot?? French fries are made of Potatoes...
anyway,I always eat what I made.I always make my own French fries..I make it very tasty..and instead of catsup,I mix Cheese and mayonnaise to dip my frenchies..
They taste very great!I bake it for 350 degrees and in 25 minutes.

fast food is not good for our health, i always fries potatoes at home. Sometimes i used to boil corn and beans. Cassava and yam is good to be enjoyed as a snack..
or i will make green bean porridge ,and otherwise black rice porridge with coconut milk is also delicious.. :) yummmy..

Hi,
you are right. Eating fast food is not good for health. Eating raw vegetables is very useful for good health. Your method of preparing homemade food is very nice. We should avoid fried and fatty food.
