toning love handles and buns!

Ever since I took up nursing, I am fond of exercising not just to stay healthy but of course to have a flat abs and great buns. I did a lot of research on the internet, I have been asking so many people who are into muscle building and even experimenting myself. LOL! Normally I do sit-ups, lunges and squats (based on what I've learned) for so long but irregularly and nothing happened. Currently I am subscribing Tone it up on youtube because they have awesome video workouts that are easy to follow and hopefully see the positive results. I am very conscious with my body due to my bulging tummy yet my limbs are just fine. My appetite is normal and I do watch what I eat. Hhhmmpp? do you think It has something to do with my endocrine?

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well glad to hear about your exercise regime and i am expecting you to continue it so that u do not loose touch. i have hurt many saying that they hardly get time to keep intact the exercise regime and that is the reason why they are not able to do exercises consistently. i think even if you are not able to do exercises then u can go out for a walk in the evening also. That would be better. What say?
