I've been sinning

this I admit and acknowledge that I have sinned and have been sinning against God for I gave in to the temptation and therefore I failed. I failed the test that God has given me. my was having a relationship with my first cousin.
I don't know if you will agree with me or not but what can you tell about having a relationship with a first cousin?

I have one uncle who married his cousin, now they are like neglected by our families because of that..but I talk with them even when ever I meet them outside and my cousin sister always shares everything with me and she sometimes feels sad for the fact.

that us really sad. I am sure that it will happen to me also if i continued. And praise God that I stayed away from her but sometimes I am calling her when I missed her.

I'm just back that is why, I was not able to respond early.
I have discovered that many people are married with their cousins but so far, they haven't encountered any problem. But it is great that I am now far away from her. I decided to stay away from her because I know that both our parents would not allow it and both relationships will be destroyed if they will know.

I knew of a friend before who fell in love with his first cousin. He would write about it in his blog and his cousin never knew. It was unrequited love. He made a decision to control his feelings and over the years he has been successful at it and has moved on. I hope you do too in time.

it is great. me too I decided to stay away from her and I am now in another island where it is far from her so we are not seeing anymore but i still call her if i missed her.

Hi friend, in our country some caste people will marry their first cousin and there is no mistake in this activity for them, so you activity is not a sin. If you both are interested in the relationship then there is nothing wrong, if you forced him/her to have relationship with you with out his/her willingness, then your activity is wrong and it is a great sin

According to our Christian belief as laid down by the Code of Canons having a relationship with such a close blood line from your direct blood line is prohibited. For practical reason, if two close relatives mates, their genes consist almost similar chromosomes it would result to conceiving a baby with abnormalities. Culturally its despicable in the eyes of our society. Please stop. There's a lot more out there, find one which would set you free from scandal.

You have asked for His forgiveness, God forgives 100%. He is gracious,loving and kind and will NOT HOLD YOUR SIN against you. When he forgives us He then also expects from us to walk away from the sin... May God be with you, fill you with His Power and help you.
