"He was addicted to games. He hardly went to bed but always played computer games from night until morning," local police officer said. I hope this would be a warning to others.. He was so young. .. such a waste. I know some of my classmates who'd ratyher lay computer games than go to school- it's so hard to stop them.

What a waste and I feel sorry for the guy too. I think many are addicted to video games because of excitement and the fun they do get in playing, but they must also know when to take a break to eat or sleep. Too much of anything is not good.

Young people like any other person need a lot of sleep. They need to go for a walk, ride a bike, go to the gym or do some other kind of exercise. They need to get healthy food and have the right amounts of vitamins and minerals. Using the Internet or playing videos can become overly addictive. I feel sorry that the man became so addicted to video games it killed him. It is hard to stop a young person like a teenager from using video games for loads of time.

i like videogames so sometimes i play and enjoy them but naturally thinking about to die for this reason is really stupid thing...in many cases many young people can feel addicted to some games or stories but this is really strange just to think...

I have read that scientists have proved that internet addiction is worse than any other addictions known. I think that it doesn`t help the fact that it cannot be regulated, that it is not expensive and that there`s not so much guilt attached to it. We don`t know how many people die from this, but we can imagine how many people have narrowed their lives because they don`t leave their computer.

Yeah it is sad to hear stories like this. It does happen though. For those who sit for long times without getting some type of exercise or movement. It can cause circulation problems which can lead to embolisms and so on. It is best that we take regular breaks when sitting for long periods of time.

Yeah it is important for us to take breaks. I have researched things like this and it suggests getting up and walking around for 15 minutes every hour. For example walking up and down stairs, walking in place, or getting up and straightening up around the house for that 15 minutes.
We need to take those breaks it can save us a lot of trouble in the future from having blood clots. I agree though it can be hard to remember especially when we are so focused on what we are doing. I know for me it can be hard because I'm trying my best to earn extra income so it requires a lot of time sitting at the computer.

Hi friend, sad to hear about this, hope his soul will RIP. Too much of addiction is not good. Hope all the game addicts will give up their activities after reading this.
