Traffic Credits or Cents (money)?

Recently I have been active around aurora/GPT sites such as DonkeyMails; No-minimum; Cash Camel; EarnEasyCash; and etc. The sites offers quite a lot of ways to earn. Though the earnings are small, they attract quite a lot of people because they are the most likely to stay longer online. Anyways, these sites offers PTC functions where you earn through clicking links. But they also offer traffic for every x-number of sites you surf.
If you are to choose between the two (because, for example, you're lacking time) what would you prioritize? Would it be money in clicking ads or would it be traffic for your site/s? Which is more profitable for you?

The earnings are so poor there that it is useless to join them for earning money. I think it is wise to use them for traffic to one's blog or website.

Along the sites you can see functions such as:
"Manual Surf" for DonkeyMails and no-minimum
Others it could be labelled as "Traffic Credits" or "Traffic exchange credits" they all mean the same.
Are you familiar of EasyHits4U? For donkeymails it's almost the same. You upload your link and then you surf to earn traffic credits. You then assign your credits to your url.

We have a saying in America that cash is king. You need to look into things and see what is more beneficial for yourself and can yield you the highest returns down the line.
