my favorite food is also potato too. when i was a child, i must eat potato everyday, i can have no meat,no vegetables but it can't be no potate. Potate is decilious and nuteitous, i heard that potate can make me fat but i also be thin...but i really like potato, no reason.

It's good to hear that you putting some veggies in your body, its in a way helpful that eating some vegetables regardless on what it is, is helpful in your system.
Potatoes had some beneficial factor once consumed in our body, its one good source of protein which comes from their starches and fiber and not to mention, it has zero cholesterol.
One more thing about Potatoes, is that they are good source of carbohydrates, phosphorus and potassium also, there are several studies that Quercetin found in Potatoes are very helpful aid in preventing toxins in our body which is a good natural anti-oxidant.

Baked potatoes are my fave, I have a baked spud most days either with salad or veggies. I do prefer them cooked in the oven so the skin goes nice and crispy but sometimes I don't have the time so I have ot cook them in the mircowave.
Poatoes are very good for you, full of fibre and they fill you up as well.
