13th month pay bonus is coming up..

all employess in the world excited to received the 13th month pay, to buy a gift for family, friends and godchild, and spend money to buy the noche buena for the whole family. How about you? what is your way if you received the 13th month pay?
For me the first priority if i received the 13th month pay i spend for the business half of my 13th month pay, and the rest i spend for the noche buena and ofcouse if buy the gift for my godchild my family and friends this the Pilipino traditional.

Good for you! I miss having that bonus since I got out of mu job. I usually spend it in buying gifts to my family. And if there is anything left from it, I just save it and use it for paying bills the following month.

thanks jenny, what is your job before and what company? Well good for all employess like me, im so excited because 10days to go before i received the 13th month pay, half of my 13th month spend for my business and the other half to buy needed for christmas.

I used to work in a pharmacy owned by my brother in law. Christmas season is really exciting for me coz aside from the 13th month pay I also receive an additional amount for working another 2 hours a day for a week.

My Employeer given only the 13th month pay, no other bonus, and the other hours spend it will be offseting.

Oh, good for you. Our 13th month pay is usually given on the last working day of the year. It's supposed to be on or before Christmas eve but our bosses are foreigners. I guess they are planning to give us only P6,000.00 pesos and that is less than half of my salary. They are saying that they aren't earning now and their income is low. We don't believe them and of course, it's written in our law that we are all entitled to receive our 13th month pay. Nowadays, I'm just praying to receive the whole amount.

If I ever received a 13th Month bonus, I would definitely save half of it, and spend half of it for whatever I like to buy. I would usually take my parents for a good treat, and then I might get myself something, usually electronics stuff. I wish that this year we would have a better bonus, I mean more pay on it. That is my greatest wish, hopefully we all earn some more money from it.

Christmas season is indeed the best part of the year for me. Actually, I received my 13th month pay on the first week of November and a part of it, I already used to pay the down payment for my new refrigerator. All the rest I am reserving for the Christmas celebration.

hi aries 28 days to go before christmass, and 10days to go before i received my 13th month pay, im so excited to received the complete 1 month salary without any deduction. i think all employess so much happy because the amount received will be budgeted for some other reason.
Congrats for the new refrigerator i think you are happy to buy your own appliances courtesy of 13th month pay. Sometimes the daily basic needs is not enough for the daily income.

If I get 13th month bonus, I will travel to Yunnan, a province in China. That is the place I want to go. Moreover, I want to go there by bike and take plane back. When I get there, i will buy gifts for my family and my boyfriend.

hehe yeah actually some will be giving it by december before the 25th, like in my previous company. but in my current company they are giving it quite earlier than usual and they have given it last cut off. we are actually waiting for another bonus to come about, but there have been no announcements yet =( but i am hoping there would be as it is really what i hope to use for the christmas.
