Are you a coffee lover?

Yes, I am a certified coffee lover.
I drink coffee in the morning, at brunch, after having lunch, during snack time and after taking my dinner. That's how addicted I am with coffee. I also love frappuccino topped with whipped cream and paired with cinnamon swirl or beef tuna brisket. That's also the reason why I love Starbucks. For me, they have the best fraps and pastries.
I also have this inkling that coffee aids in my digestion especially if I had consumed pork or beef. It also helps to remove the stench of fish in my taste buds.
However, there is also a downside on being a coffee addict. I get stomach pain because I'm also acidic. So what I do is lessen my coffee intake and as much as possible try to avoid other food or beverages that will add up to my stomach brawl. When I finally feel that I'm okay, sipping coffee will be on my top list of what I love to do again. :)

Well coffee really is great. but as much as possible i don't want to drink them more often, coz drinking coffee too much is bad for our health. I guess you can just have it once a day if you wanted to.

Back in college and review school I used to have coffee that much too! But because I started having problems falling asleep and being too nervous I decided to limit myself to 2 cups of coffee a day - once every morning and another either late afternoon or after dinner. I love coffee and I think I can drink them either iced or hot. I think the liking for coffee runs in my family since we are all coffee drinkers.

You know what's weird?! Whenever I feel sleepy while working or studying, I crave for coffee and voila! I'm wide awake again. But I don't have problem sleeping even if I had coffee right before I go to bed. Weird, right?
Anyway, my family also love coffee especially my Aunt who drinks coffee as if it's water. She'd rather drink coffee than gulp water. Having said that, I agree with you that being a coffee lover also runs in the blood. :)

I am a coffee lover too and I drink it anytime of the time. My mother always warns me about drinking coffee too much. I try to lessen it as much as possible. She loves coffee too but only drinks it in the morning while I used to drink it every morning, afternoon, and evening. Now I only drink in the morning and in the afternoons. I suspected it's the cause of difficulty in my breathing.

Wow! Taking coffee 5 times a day is quite something! I love coffee too but limited myself to cup or 2 each day. Back in university, I would drink a lot of coffee especially when I was cramming for a paper. It kept me awake but didn't have much of a bad effect on me. Now that I'm older, I can no longer take coffee in the evening. If I do, it has to be decaf, else I won't be able to sleep. I used to go to Starbucks all the time but later was able to discover different coffee-making devices and different blends and brews so I now prefer to make my own.

I am a coffee addict also. I am not that bad yet but I am started to become very addicted to coffee and energy drinks. I think it is because I have two children and watch them all day every day and the only time that I get to myself to get things done is at night time when they go to sleep. By the time that they go to sleep I am so wore out and tired myself so I get hyped up on caffeine and energy drinks to be able to stay awake to have time to myself and get tasks done.

I am not a coffee lover. I don't drink it so often. As the coffee works so well for me and I not only feel energetic in the daytime, but I will also be sleepless at night. Besides, I am afraid I will be addicted to it if I drink it so often. I don't really think it is a good habit. I prefer to drink it occasionally. In usual I just drink water. Although it is plain but be sure it is the best drink for the health

I used to be taking in up to 3 cups of coffee in a day. But then I had palpitations for a week. When I tried to stop drinking coffee, the palpitations didn't recur. But since I really love coffee, I just take a cup a day.
