It all began in Twilight...

I was pregnant with my first child when I watched Twilight via computer and I can't take my eyes off of Edward Cullen. And while watching the flick, how I wished that I was Bella Swan! There was even an instance that I thought my baby would look like Edward because I then knew that my child is a boy. Whoa!
Yes, my love for Edward Cullen and Bella Swan started in Twilight. Rob Pattinson's character as Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter didn't really catch my attention until he became the most charming, handsome, lovable character of Edward. I believe that he is the perfect actor for that vampire role.
For Kirsten Stewart, I also believe that she is the right one to give life to the character of Bella Swan. Although some were saying that Kirsten's acting was expressionless, I still think that she just gave what the her role asked of her.
I have read all twilight books and I have yet to see the final installment of Breaking Dawn Part 2. It's already showing here in the Philippines but I haven't got the chance to watch it because of too many work and school loads but I promise myself that I will watch it in big screen for the last time.

I don't think that there are too many women or girls that didn't have some kind of a crush on Edward Cullen. That was until Jacob Black took off his shirt for the first time. Now he is hot and I definitely wouldn't complain if he wanted to keep me warm at night.
I enjoyed every movie in the Twilight franchise and it really makes me sad to know that it is over now. I think the movies were casted perfectly. However, I do wish that they would have been just a little bit more true to the books.

In my case, I had a different response. I wasn't really interested with Twilight compared to Harry Potter. I've seen the first movie, it was OK (no offense). Then, there goes Jacob Black. Shorter hair, bigger body, nicer abs. LOL! I haven't seen the last movie but I'll make time to do so.
I think that's really how the movie-book franchise goes. I am a Harry Potter fan but whenever I watch the movie, I get disappointed. It is different from the movie. I guess that's how it works, I mean who would've watched it if everything is written in the book and there are no twsists. But I feel delighted whenever there's a scene or a character that is almost similar to what I've imagined when reading the book. It's as if the director read my mind. :D

Hey! We have Team Jacob here.:) I wouldn't argue with you, dorannmwin about the physical attributes of Jacob Black because he really has the right to flaunt it. But no offense, I'm still Team Edward although I know I'll be frozen when the rainy days strike. May be he will just comfort me by his sweet, warm words. Hahaha.
Like you, I've also watched all the Twilight franchise (except for the last one, though you can count it in because I'll surely watch it) and my wish is the same as yours. From what I've heard, the fight scene in the last installment is so much different from the one that I read. But no matter what, I still love the Twilight franchise!

Hi, klystron635. A Harry Potter fan is welcome here because I also love Harry Potter. I watched all the HP movie franchise despite my then boyfriend and now my husband's plea to not watch it. For him, the story is all the same but of course, his request was not granted. :) I even remembered downloading HP ringback then. That's how obsessed I was when the first movie of HP was shown.
As per the exact translation of the book to the movie, you really can't expect that to happen because the book is too detailed and it will cost them so much money and time in doing so. Also, there has to be a drama or a twist or a climax to be shown to entice the moviegoers and the book sometimes doesn't have it.

Hello there, joycseer. Happy to hear that.:)I will surely watch it because there are specific parts in the book that I wanted to see in the big picture. I wanted to see how beautifully Bella transformed, how she tried to hunt her first prey, how she and Edward lived in their own house with Reneesme, how Bella's dad reacted when he saw their grandchild, and of course, the fight scene where all the vegetarian vampires gathered with the Cullen's to fight the Volturi. Whoa! That was long!
Anyway, thank you for your comment. Have a nice day, too! :)
