do you know sleeping will effect in weight..
yes, the quality of sleeping will affect your quality of your sharpness,productivity, as well as weight.!

Sleeping is very important. It is also part of factor to loose weight. Exercising makes our muscle work, especially in weight/strength training. This makes your muscle sore. Sleeping is needed to repair the muscle. Then we exercise again, and rest. It continues the cycle. This is how we build muscle. When we build muscle, we burn fat, because muscle is our fat burning engine. Muscle burns fat even though we are not doing anything. That's why to loose weight, we have to build muscle. Sleeping is a part of method to build muscle by repairing it.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well yes u are absolutely right, sleep does have effect on our weight. the more u get a good sleep the more u would have a sound health. The more u are sleep deprived, the more u are pressurizing your health that indirectly affects one's health.
I think it is always advisable to have at least 7-8 hours of sleep daily which is very much good for our health point of view.
