In private Job, what is more important Good salary or good Work

i would prefer a good job. i would like to be a big fish in the small company. good quality work means you enjoy working process, not just result.

I think it depends on how you look at your job. In today's economic situation I rather suggest that if they are in such good companies that pays them very well... only their work is not good, but they should how people would do anything to get that job.

Well I think both. If I have good work and good salary then that will make me happy. If you have good work but the salary does not compensate you surely will end up unhappy even if you like the job. In the same token, if you have good salary but you find the job not really good or you simply don't like your job you'd end up unhappy with your job just the same. So better have the best of both worlds, good job and good pay.

good day to you, before i used to give importance and priority to a good work as well as good colleagues. but, when a situation happens to me that involves work, now, i prefer to work and give priority to the job with a high-paying salary. that now, i just want to be practical in everything. that i don't care enough if i have good colleagues as long as i have a high-paying salary is good enough for me. and even i have too much job to handle, if the price is right, then i will go for it.

good salary is pretty attractive ,if i have this option,without any hesitation,i would first choose the good salary ,and i believe i can bear all pressure and risk .salary is my motivation.later on,i think i will be sick of this kind of job. and picture how happy life i would have if i have different job. and i will probably quit my current job and turn to another one.you know,people always behave like this.they pursue perfect things.

for me, good work is more important. now i am around 30 years old, and i can get more experience from the good work. later, i will have the chance to get a higher salary job. so now i prefer to have a good envirnment to learn so much for future.

Considering that you have to work 40 hours each week, I think it's important to have a job that you somewhat enjoy. I mean, every job will have its downsides, but the overall job should be okay. That said, I have a child who needs to be fed, sheltered, and clothed, and if I didn't have my nice job, I'd take the job that would be guaranteed to give me enough money to take care of my son even if I didn't like it.

I will consider a good job where I can work happily. It is very important to work in a company with happy environment rather than having a good salary but also stressful everyday.

As per the survey and general views, people like to work in private firms for better prospect since they feel and it is true also, in private firm one can show their talent and working capacity so that they can get promotion and rise in salary fast. But this is not possible in Government Job where whether you work hard, expose your talent you next promotion will be only when your turn come. So in short people work in private firm because of good salary and expose them self with the skill they have to their senior for their early promotion and get higher pay packet.

The perfect scenario would be having a good job with good salary but in reality, especially in the present economy situation, more often than not, it is having a job that could put food on the table for the family that is the primary concern of an ordinary worker. Lucky are the people who enjoy what they do and earn well at the same time. If my finance is not healthy enough, surely it is the money aspect that I will place more emphasis. If I am quite well-to-do, then I will do what I like to do regardless of the pay. But the funny thing is, when you enjoy what you are doing, you will very likely do it well, and sooner or later, you will become an expert in your job and many employers will want to pay big bucks to seek your service.

As long as I can fend for my living and my basic needs, I'm gonna say the type of the job matters more to me. I would suffer if I had to do a job that I don't like, even if I could earn 2x the money with it.

I think goodwork and good salary both are very important. my friends are working in big private companies they are happy with their work & they r getting a good salary.:-)

Obviously, the best case would be to have both. However, if someone would have to choose, every person would have to answer this questioon for themselves. And the answer to this question would change according to life's circumstances. The answer to this question is based, 100%, on personal priorities. Is it more important for me to be happy or to have a lot of money? Is it more important to me to be happy at work or pay my bills? That type of thing. For me personally, I chose happpiness in what I do. I've made personal decisions, all my life, that have actually cut my salary through the years, but I continue to be happy. I began in an office. I changed to teaching. Huge cut in salary. But I love to teach. I'm good at teaching. Even the work at home is fun for me. But then changes happened in the school system that caused me to be unhappy and I left to start my own educational business. Another cut in salary. But I'm happier than I've ever been. But I'm pretty much at the point now that I can't take any more cuts and pay bills. Which means that if things get worse, I would willing to take a job that I might not be as happy with so that I can put food on the table.

I cannot do a work that I don't like, and I would be disgusted by myself if I was taking a job only because the salary is high. I would go for the small org in your example, but I think you are a bit pessimistic : it is possible to find a good quality work that you enjoy with a good salary.
