it is difficult to learn english in short span.
if you are really interested practice with one of your friends (who can speak fluently) for 6 months regularly.
if you can finish it before that time tell me your time.

Learning totally depends on you.If you are determined then i amm sure you can learn in short time.Learning is a continous process. You want to improve your speaking so taking english course wont be really effective.Firstly identify your level and start that level english book.Speak with your parents, siblings, friends and wiht anybody you can. There was time when i scared of speaking ithought people will laugh n make fun of me.People will make fun no matter what so dont care about that and just speak. You can ask your parent, siblings and friends to coorect u if you make any mistake.Liten to english songs,i dont think noobody will tell you but take my advice,it will really help you.Read n Speak.Read and Speak....Don b shy or scared

You must not be having English spoken in the house on a regular basis, otherwise you wouldn't be facing this problem. This is why asking you to speak in english at home is futile. Try to converse in english at school. Convince your friends to speak in English by telling them horror stoies on what happens to people who don't have good communication skills in this english speaking global community if you have to.
Make your friends realise all you have to gain. You shall be able to watch the Harry Potter movies(or any other english movie if you have an aversion to harry potter) without needing to read the words at the bottom of the screen. There are just so many advantages. But while you are doing this, speak in english.
Start reading story books. If you're in class 6 or below, try Enid Blyton's Famous Five, etc. If you think you're past that age, read and reread harry potter books. They're good. You'll like them, and
once you've discovered this beautiful world of literature, your grammar shall automatically improve.
Speak in english, speak in english, speak in english. I've come to a stage now where I even think in english, and dream(!) in english. Even Bhagat Singh had excellent spoken english.
Best of luck!

By reading verses out loud, start with a book, a childrens book if that's the level you feel confident at, and practice it.
