This is the lesson I've learn years ago and has been kept in my mind till this days.
When I graduated in college, way back 2009, I had that urge to find a job earlier. I want to have a job immediately because almost all of my batch had a job already. So I felt envy that moment. The reason also was I want to help my family in its financial aspects because I want to feel that I have a value and for me to be able to feel that, I must have a regular work for I am the eldest offspring s of my parents.
So I strive hard to look for a job. Of course, I did my best just to be employed within months but I failed. More months came and I still looking for a suitable job for me but it already three months of seeking job but still there is no fortune. There came to the point that I almost gave up. I was been graduated in Information Technology so I was expecting that there was a lot of opportunity jobs for me but then it already reached three months still there was no prospect company for me to be employed. To my frustration, I applied as a saleslady in one famous mall in the city. I also tried to apply in a factory hoping that those fields has a room for me to be employed. But I still applied in those companies that suits my degree.
Now I am currently employed in a Telecom company and I'm enjoying my work. As I go to a department store and as I see those saleslady assisting me, it reminds me of one great lesson. "Do not rush, because God has a better plan for us."It is only an instance that God want me to use my degree and not to be a saleslady. ;-)

i absolutely believe and agree on that, sometimes the more we rush our wants the more worst we have, that is why when i can not get what i want i automatically understand it because i know that God have more better reason and more better plan for me,i don't blame Him if it is not happen what i want because its for my good and benefits too,our God is really great and good to us.

Hi,
You are absolutely right. Do not rush, God has a better plan for us. When we don't get the things as we expect we get frustrated and lose hope of being good. We should be very patient and should have trust on God. your discussion is very inspiring for those who think negatively and who give up their hope. We should have patience, positive attitude towards life and self confidence for getting success in life.

You are right.
Sometimes we should not push our luck that much.
Opportunity will come if we know how to wait for our turn.
Good thing that you keep your patient and got what you really want.

Hi friend, good to hear about your story, it clearly shows that you are a responsible person and interested in sharing your parents burden in running the family financially. I agree with your last sentence, we must avoid haste, god always have plan about us and guide us in a good way. If god closes a door, he will open another door. Never lose your hope and face your challenges with your will power

Maybe you are overqualified so you weren't hired a saleslady. Yeah, that's right. There's always a right time for everything. I got married just months after my graduation. My son was already three years old when I got my first job. I was only a substitute that time so it wasn't a permanent one. Then, I got my current job. It's not yet a stable one. If the bosses won't change their minds to go back to their own country and they still like me to work for them then I guess this will still work for years. I guess God won't let us down. He's always around to open good opportunities for us. Let's be thankful and just keep on believing Him. Thanks for sharing and happy mylotting.

Yep, you're right. Bigger diamonds take longer to be made. With experience, we can take on a whole new level of challenges. I'm glad to hear that you're now working for a Telecom company. I'm sure you're also enjoying your salary, right?

For Such Situations it is said that "If God answer your prayers, he is increasing your faith, if he delays, he is increasing your Patience, and if he does not listen to you, he knows you can handle it.

Hi kokomo,
same with me, when I graduated from the university I had tried to persistent find a job soon. Yeah, It felt envy that when your fellow friends from university had a job already. I felt so jealous at that time besides that felt disappointed and being shy to my own self because I did not get any job. Interviewed and writing test I already passed through, after waited for one to two weeks the announcement hopefully but I got nothing.
