I put up a business online to cater my fellow countrymen to earn more money. I posted an ad at sulit as nykalex88. The concept of my business is that, I receive PayPal funds in exchange for a load wallet, bill payments and loading in all network.
I have six regular customers and it seems that like my offer but I am also scammed once. Right now, my business is doing good. Earning little by little everyday. I am just worried that one day I will get screwed by a scam artist. I am a newbie on online business and I have worries to scam artists out there.
How do I protect my business? Is there a big hole for internet jerks in my business? Suggestions and advise please...

Whenever you are discussing online earnings and work you have to consider that you might be scammed. The best thing is to set up rules and guidelines and perhaps procedures such as you will transfer the funds 48 hours after receiving them due to charge backs etc. I can see there being a need for "brokers" as there are a lot of different exchange currencies etc.

Thanks for the advise. But almost all of the customers want instant payments. I have been victimized before I don't want it to happen again. There are really many people who are trying to earn in a bad way.

Get a professional to make your Terms of Service. Always a good idea. It's a good start. What kind of business is it, anyways?

I congratulate you for starting your own business to cater for your countrymen, making money online. I know that as you continue to serve others, you'll get to a point where you don't need to fear about being scammed. Fear is False Expectations Appearing Real. Your fear is just in your mind, but if you continue to nurture that fear, it will one day happen. On the other hand, truly there are scammers out there. Make sure to make a wise decision before you part with your hard-earned money.

You are right there are a lot of scammers out there. I think that when you are doing business with people you should have them sign a waiver stating that they will not scam you and state other things in your waiver to protect your business. Also, talk with a lawyer to find out other ways that you can protect your business. I hope this helps.
