I want to buy my own house for a long time...recently one of friend tell me he can lend me money to buy the house, i am so excited but a little worried about this...it is a large amount, i am wondering should i buy the house or not?

Is he a very close friend? Or he is eyeing you ... just joking!
If there is no hidden cost to it, or any other terms and conditions
attached to it, maybe you may consider. However, you must also think
how are you paying back to him. Are you renting out some of the rooms
in the new house so that you will have the rental income to pay him.
Is he charging you any interest? To me, personally, once it is money
matter, it is better to have a very clear understanding of it to avoid
any misunderstanding in the future. All the best :)

I agree. You may be good friends but even good friends can turn to your worse foe if money matters come into play. Just know everything about what you are getting yourself into. Try to forecast or project how much is it going to cost you to pay back your friend versus your anticipated earnings. Then try to compare his payment scheme with those of the bank or other financial institutions just to make sure that you are getting a better deal.
We all dream of having our own house someday, there's nothing wrong with it as long as we work hard for it.

There is nothing wrong to dream something as such coz all of us dream of living in our very own home. However, if your budget does not permit you to have it now, maybe you should wait a little longer until you are able to pay for it.

It is good that you have a dream to own your
own house one day. So, you may start now to
save for the deposit. Get a good stable income
job to pay the installment. If not enough you
can always discuss with your family. Borrowing
from friend is not really a good idea. This is not
like buying a computer or so.

i think you should grab it until you have a good friend that can lend money for you,it happen to you because it giving you a chance to do your dreams,just use the money to buy and build your own house,i hope that i could also have that kind of friend.
