If you are sure that it has nothing to do with your computer then it is most probably the browser itself. Try reinstalling it by fully uninstalling the program first then getting the latest available installer from their website and installing it to your computer. When you have done that, try to see if the problem still exists. Another option would be to use other browsers such as Chrome or Opera.

Hi Choybel, Thanks for the response, today the browser was not worked. I have tried several times but the icon is not opened, so I have to un-install the browser first and once again I have to install the Mozilla in my system. Yesterday the browser was worked and now it is not opened, I will wait up to after noon and then I will do as said by you. Have a nice day.

Is there any possibility you have a trojan like the Snap.do browser? If so you could try using system restore and set to the latest date taht you were problem-free.

Hi yugasini, I have downloaded three different browsers. I always pick the the fast and fluently one to participate in mylot activities. It's unbearable wasting time waiting the slowing loading. I would shift to another browser if facing slow speed loading straight away. I will get all the caches and browsing histories cleaned then. The slow speed internet service will affect the speed of loading too Have a nice day

I am using chrome when I do mylot and open 10 or more tabs. I think you need to always clean cookies when using firefox. But I suggest you to use chrome for much better browsing.

You need to upgrade your firefox to make sure it working again. Because there might be some errors in your registry to make the browser not working with your pc. I experience thing before and now I get rid of the problem by upgrading to a new version.

Many times it isn't the browser it could be the site's server having trouble. Make sure your browser is up to date as well as any add on's you use. Make sure flash is also up to date, that to can cause problems with delays at times. Sometimes If I have been online for a few days without shutting down I will close everything, Clean my computer with Ccleaner and AVG. Then shut down my computer and let it rest for like 10 min or so. Usually go outside or do dishes something. Then come back and turn it back on. You will be surprised, works a bit faster. Reason is you just cleared the Ram memory. Works well on days I just can't seem to get things to work..

If you caught the name of the virus do a research on it to make sure there isn't more you need to do to clear your computer of this. Some of these reactivate when you restart your computer. I had two of those. I finally got rid of both. By using Ccleaner I also get a list of programs that start when my computer starts, so I know if something new is trying to start at startup. Helps alot. If I see something new, I do a research on that app or file right away to make sure it is ok to leave or need to disable to delete. I keep track of all applications that start when my computer starts up. This way I know if something new is there.

Thanks for you discussion with sharing the firefox problem. It may occurred when internet began slow or in any tab webpage not loaded correctly. It may be occurred for your add ons too. Another cause for this kind of problem if you are using IDM. IDM starts downloading contents like pictures when webpage started loading, that hanged the firefox.

There are several reasons why your Mozilla Firefox browse is not responding. One cause of the problem is probably your system is getting low, or you need to clean your disk space. Another is probably there is a bug that cause the problem it would be best to try scanning your system for any viruses so that you can aid the problem before it would go worst. If that didn’t cause the problem, another theory would be your internet connection is doing rebooting try contacting your internet provider if they are doing some fix on your internet connection. Another is probably your flash and other internet applications are not up to date, it is best to update your browser’s software and don’t let it turn off or be disturbed while updating. Interrupting such updates would cause crashes.

I suggest you reboot your system, probably something is not up to date or had been crashed. It would also help if you reinstall your browser just make sure that you uninstalled it correctly.

Does something wrong in your connection Settings? Sometimes the site block some IP with proxy. Try to turn off the modem about five minutes and turn the modem on again.

Hi friend, some times the browsers will crash if we use more than a tab, i too faced this kind of issues several time, i just close the tabs and restart again. Don't think it is due to virus issues, it is simply due to multitasking.

Hi yugasini, maybe you can try to uninstall your current Mozilla Firefox, and download the new setup file. Then re-install new Mozilla Firefox. Check and see if this solves your problem. Maybe some registry file is damaged, or lost that caused your Mozilla browser keep having not responding problem. Just a try. Hope it helps. Have a nice day.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i think it do happens sometimes and u need not to be perturbed due to this. May be the network in your area might be busy or else u can contact your other friends and inquire if such issue has happened with them or not. If it persists in your system for days then i am sure there must be some problem with your computer and for that u should definitely contact a computer expert. What say?

Not sure if the problem is on your computer or browser, let's analyze things first. If the only application that is not responding whenever you use your computer or has problem is Mozilla, then the browser is the problem, otherwise, it's your computer. Does the Mozilla crash or only the script stop? Have you tried other browser? same effect?
