Lost so much of money in MCX Commodity trading. Dont know what to do now????????

I opened MCX account in the month of September 2012. and lost so much money within 2-3 months. I am fully tensed due to this. Also MCX is opened till 11:55 PM and due to this I am not ready to give time to my family members. My wife is fully angry with me. Tension in mind and also tension in house environment also. Please suggest me what to do now....
