People have a lot of habits what is yours?

My biggest habit is smoking when I was younger I tried to quit several times I quit quitting cause my mental strength went below zero I also need my coffee in the morning before you talk to me. Can you tell me about your habit? I know some people are like that when they didn't have their breakfast

I have insane habits! I bite my nails, avoid eye contact when I'm being confronted with someone, I drink when I'm depressed, wash dishes with bleach until my hands blister. Crazy.

Hi my bad habit is quacking like a duck( no joke) and drinking 1 energy drink a day oh by the way im 50 .okhave nice day.

I confess that I bite my nails regularly, I have never been able to break the habit no matter how hard I try, it's also down to anxiety too. I don't think needing coffee in the morning is a bad habit, it's a necessity, a lot of people can't function without coffee before they start the day.

Hello Elenakat! :-) My winter habits are cappuccino, spiced tea and hot chocolate. In the summer, it is iced sweet tea. I'm supposed to be watching my caffeine for menopause and the fact that it dehydrates you, but I can't help that sometimes I need the energy boost. Also, to some extent, the tannins in tea are good for your teeth, and chocolate has endorphines in it that boost your mood and balance hormones. So, I think I'll keep my tea and chocolate habits, and just keep a careful watch on them.

I used smoke 2 to 3 packets of ciggarrettes a day. I quit smoking about 3 years ago. I think I don't have any weaknesses now.

I have quite a lot of habits, such as painting, playing computer, DIY, cooking, sports, reading and so on. I have quite a widely hobbies. And I am especially good at drawing, cooking and playing computer.

I think the habit that I need to stop myself from doing is eating sweets. I guess I'm just addicted to them and sometimes I get high glucose levels because of it. I know it's not healthy, but what could I do, eating is my happiness. hehehe.. But yeah, I do try my best. Have a great mylot experience ahead!

Yes I became very careful about what I eating I still don't know what is causing me having this high level of cholesterol I am not a great eater and I don't think I eat to much sweets

All my habit is not a good habit. My habit is like to sleep in evening. I cannot control my eyes when i relax at my bed and after a few minute i fall asleep. That makes my eyes hard to sleep early at night after i sleep at evening. I also have a habit like to drink tea that makes my teeth become yellow.

My habbit is to be clear-minded.I don't know why .I usually wander unconsciously in my own world.Actually when I walked on the street,I just can't stop it. I don't know if I am sick.In fact,when I wander I think nothing.My friends said that I used to live in my own world and don't want stay in the real world.How can I change this phenomennon which I consider abnormal?

Well I don't know if you are sick but it sounds kind of dangerous to me Perhaps you miss a red light walk over the street and a car comes The thought of it gives me goosebumps In your case I would go to a doc to check it out

I've battled with drinking Coke addiction for a while. I was influenced by my sister who would drink it once in every two days. I had to exercise self-control because I know it harms the body if the habit is not checked.

Hi Elenakat13, ..... Before mentioning what's my habit is I like to tell you that I hate smoking and I always advise other "Not to Smoke" as it is injurious to health of those who smoke and those around them also. Now coming to point, I have the habit of reading and watching TV. I like to cook different dishes as per my children choice and feel happy when they enjoy eating what I dish I prepare (mostly Non Vegetarian- like chicken or fish)for them.

We both seem to have the same habits! It's really hard to break an old habit most especially if we do not have something to do to replace them. So what I do is to limit my smoking and have narrowed down to a single cup of coffee in a day.

I have lots, but I think one habit that I am really known for by family and close friends is my preference to read while eating. I will usually take whatever it is that I am currently reading (a book, my kindle, magazine) on the dining table, prop it up eat and read at the same time. Although recently I have been avoiding to do this especially if I am eating with anybody else. But if I'm alone on the table, I just can't resist reading.

my main habit is sleeping~~ so nice to sleep for long time but sometimes will feel dizzy because sleep too much. my normal sleep ping hour is eight hours and when i don't feel like i have anything to do, i can sleep for longer. my longest sleeping hour is almost 24 hours, that is wasteful but i cannot awake. i know sleeping for so much is not good but just cannot change the habit.
