men does not like sweets... don`t they..?

I've run into a lot of men and women who have different tastes for sweets. I think women universally crave chocolate and I think men universally crave ice cream. There are very few men that I know that don't love a huge bowl of ice cream. I have cravings for sweets and in my area we call that a 'sweet tooth'. Matter of fact, I really think all the teeth in my head are sweet!

Well in our family, all men are fond of sweets and our refrigerator is never short of sweets. All the male members like my brother, brother in law and nephews are fond of sweets like icecream and traditional sweets like jalebi, rasgoolas, rabris etc. So it seems liking differs from family to family.

My husband loves chocolates, cakes and ice cream. My two sons do loves sweets also. Even my two brothers, they love chocolates.

Hi neelia, I can't say that as a fact, because there are many men who eat sweets..I am probably the odd one with this...I don't eat chocolates..I have never had that urge for chocolate...and I am female...go figure....

Probably yes! Because my husband and son love's chocolates, candies, ice cream and or any sweets. Were very totally opposite. I don't like chocolates, candies, ice cream. It's very seldom for me and my daughter.

I think most men do like sweets and most of them do like ice creams. I also do like ice creams.

I am man and I do like ice creams, cakes, chocolates, etc. I think it differ from people to people. Some people like chocolates while some people does not like. I think most men do like chocolates and sweets.

Not all men dislikes chocolate. I like chocolates and sweets as well. Although lately I am controlling my cravings for those since my sugar is slowly rising already because of age. So for now, I have to contend eating on small doses only. But I love sweets and chocolate.

My husband does and always has had a sweet tooth. I remember that when I first met him he actually had empty candy wrappers in his bedroom. Now in our family, I am the one that doesn't really eat a lot of sweets and he is the one that has something sweet on a pretty regular basis. For me, the only time that I really want to have anything to do with sweets is when I am coming into my female cycle, there isn't a time that he doesn't want to have a little bit of something sweet each and every evening.

That is not quite true about man. Perhaps it is true about some men, but all the men in my family do like sweets and desserts such as cakes and cookies. At the same time, they also craves for other heavy food such as roasted chicken and duck. I guess sometimes men tend to think of those first before having these sweets in mind while females tend to not think about those heavy food because they cannot bear to imagine how much weight they would put themselves onto. That's why they think about small sweet food first. Unfortunately, such sweets if taken in large portion would also affect their physical.

I beg to disagree,It is because in our family, My father is the number one fan when talking about sweets.

It varies with different men. I remember dating my ex and we fought tooth and nail over the last brownie (we are both chocoholics) My boyfriend eats sweets, but not as much as me!

Well I like sweet foods. Ice cream, cake, cookies, candies, chocolates, etc. I think it depends on the person if he wants to eat sweets. There are time I don;t like to eat sweets too so that might be one reason. :)

Your husband and brother are in the minority. Men do love to eat sweets of all sorts. We just don't let our wives or partners see us gobbling up on them. But seriously, we do, especially candies and gums. A lot of us simple working men grab a gum or candy when we work

Well, the answer to your question is NO, they are not the only men to whom the sweet, not like that. Another man who does not go "crazy" for the cake, that's me! I prefer the salty, now, however, we are entering the atmosphere of the Christmas holidays, I do not exclude the fact that a little sweet, definitely I will eat it! More than anything else the panettone, that is that is a sweet that I like! Other, always sweet, I let eat well, to my dear family!

I would say most of the times women have more of a sweeth tooth... but not all men hate cake and sweets. My boyfriend, for example, loves some kind of sweets, but not all. My brother loves chocolate.

Maybe you are enough for him. ... you are too sweet to have another kind of sweet food. . I have known few men who like sweets too or who has sweet tooth. They like cake to go with the coffee or an ice cream to go with hot pandesal. Not all I guess.

Who says men dont like sweets? All my male colleagues love sweets and everytime come looking in my drawer if I have any sweets. Need to hide it from them most of the time or else they finish off everything.

some men may like sweets, like my boyfriend. Like you, I like chocalate, especially Dove, Ice Cream in KFC, candies, If i want to taste it, my husband will go with me and he also loves it, but only worry about too fat.
