Using of username at MyLot in another article writing/ forum site.

That's about it actually. Besides, the system will detect if a username is already, well, in use, and then you can't register that username anymore.

Certainly it is easier to use same username and password at all occasions. But, in the case of passwords, always I am getting advice to keep considerable variations for safety of various personal details.. Yes, using the same or similar usernames is good since remembering so many usernames isn't easy at all. Well, if you mean that by using the same username some people from other sites who are also members on the same site might recognize you and so get inclined to read your wok and participate then I believe that is indeed one of the advantages. Another would be that you wouldn't have to worry about forgetting it or trying to remember specific usernames per specific site. It will be a waste of time and effort once you forget and try to remember and then have to go through systematical steps provided by the site to recover either your username or password just to log-in.
