hello,
I know that there are sites which pays you for writing articles,
but I would like to know which sites would allow me to post my articles also on another writing sites,
because I should have to have the rights to post my own articles wherever I want.
Which sites allow to do that?
What combination of writing sites are you using?
Which sites pay the best rates per article?
(please, name the sites but without ref. links)

Sites like expert column, wikinuts, redgage etc are allow articles already published in other sites.

Check out my blog under my profile where I review 2 sites where you can publish material previously published. Not sure what their territory restrictions are. I'm also looking at bubblews which i believe will accept articles previously published but they've not actually clarified it with me... and I'm dubious of their legitimacy.

There are so many sites online where you can you Re Published your own Published articles. By doing so you can earn some extra money also. But you need to publish the links of your articles so that you get the traffic to your articles links.
You can Re publish your articles at Expertsclumn, Redgage, Wikinut,Publsih and there are many more sites you can find. But these are more reliable and good paying site also
