Decisions are supposed to be an essential part of life- in and out of our work environment.
Decisions makers are simply those who make judgements- Sometimes a crutial judgement- between two or more alternatives..
It's suitable for anyone making work related choices.

We have to decide, no matter if we want to do it or no. Every moment of our lives is a decision. We can discover after that we decided wrong, but this happens. Of course, you can choose another person to decide in your place regarding some matters, your partner in a relationship or your boss at work. But you can't avoid making personal decisions.
Personally I prefer to have how much freedom I can, even if it gives me the responsability of deciding. But as far I didn't regreted anything (not that i took always great decisions, but I wouldn't change them if i were again there in the past).
